Yep, that was me at Denny's. How can you justify eating the whole thing when it only cost $4. I had the Slam Special, 2 eggs, 2 pancakes and 2 slices of bacon. I was stuffed! Now when your meal cost $30, yeah, you eat everything. But come on, leave at least a dollars worth. I am so BAD...
I'm starting my juice fast tomorrow and I guess I thought this was going to be my "last supper". Gary and I went Krogering for the rest of my produce to start my Journey. I love that man. He is so supportive of me in what ever I do.
I talked to my Daughter Amy who lives in Dominica, West Indies. They are very limited with things they can buy, but they do have fresh vegetables and fruit in season. She is also supportive of my juicing fast. Gonna get healthy if it kills me:) Pray for me Amy, that I will stick to it.
